PunkFellas is a 10,000-piece pure decentralized digital collectible series of 60×60 punk-inspired portrait characters, inscribed on the Bitcoin blockchain and deeply rooted in its surrounding culture.

Each Punk is algorithmically generated from 600+ meticulously designed layered attributes, including hairstyles, outfits, accessories, and facial traits, distributed across six distinct archetypes: 3,500 Male Humans 1,646 Female Humans, 1,500 Jax Misfit Humans, 1,500 Skelli Misfit Humans, 777 Jokerize, 777 Machinize and 235 Singular 1/1.

These are not just PFPs. These aren’t cute avatars. These are immutable digital artifacts, permanent, inscribed, and secured by Bitcoin’s proof-of-work.

This is punk on Bitcoin. A Bitcoin-native PUNK digital collectible. Built in the punk way. Built to spread the “STAY PUNKS” culture within the Bitcoin and Ordinals space. This is culture, permanently inscribed.

I work completely solo, from the initial idea, the art, and character design, all the way down to building the generative engine code. Yes. Every part of it. I work alone. No big team. No VC. No marketing machine. No hiring or pay KOL. Just vision, (pixel) Art, and conviction.

It’s not that I couldn’t build a team. I chose not to, at least for now, because PunkFellas began as a personal vision, from the art, the design, the lore, the manifesto, the culture phrases, the layers, the direction and the philosophy. All of it comes from a single source of intention.

Too many voices too early can dilute clarity. When vision is still forming, noise becomes distortion. I wanted full creative control. One direction. One voice. No compromise. Maybe, a team can accelerate scale. But in the beginning, clarity matters more than scale. Growth can come later. Foundation comes first. And foundation must be solid.

Beyond advancing digital collectible culture, or what Hal Finney once described in the early ’90s as “cryptographic trading cards”, and beyond building the STAY PUNKS movement, I simply wanted to create a truly Bitcoin-native Punk digital collectible. Something intentionally built for Bitcoin from the ground up.

I’ve seen many CryptoPunks-style collections across different chains — and it’s not because I dislike CryptoPunks. That specific punk aesthetic has become the default “punk” look for digital collectibles, endlessly cloned: same visuals, different chains, little to no originality. Copy-paste adaptations. Just replicas moving from chain to chain.

That’s not what I wanted to build.

For me, Bitcoin is not just another chain. It is the mother chain. The foundation. The most resilient and permanent network we have. All roads lead to Bitcoin, no doubt about it and there’s no second best.

I felt Bitcoin deserved its own punk identity, not a migration, not a replica, not recycled imagery placed elsewhere, but something created specifically for its ethos.

A punk built for Bitcoin. Not borrowing culture. Not repeating the same image endlessly. But something intentionally rooted here.

Bitcoin represents permanence. PunkFellas represents permanence culture with attitude.

PunkFellas is about building a Bitcoin-native Punk digital collectible and identity, not a copy-paste. What I’m building is something native to Bitcoin, shaped by its culture, its permanence, and its philosophy. If PunkFellas earns its place on Bitcoin over time, it will happen naturally, not through imitation, but through conviction. That is why I created PunkFellas.

STAY PUNKS!
